Resilience :

My resilience and well-being talk focuses on strengthening resilience and well-being by offering practical strategies that can be immediately applied to daily life. It emphasizes the importance of building mental and emotional flexibility to navigate workplace challenges, manage stress, and maintain a positive outlook. Key topics include fostering a growth mindset, practicing mindfulness, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivating supportive work relationships. Attendees will gain tangible next steps, such as implementing daily self-care routines, using stress-reduction techniques, and developing effective communication skills to enhance personal and team well-being. The session equips participants with tools to boost resilience, prevent burnout, and create a more fulfilling and balanced work experience.

Communication tuneup

My workshop will focus on the Gottman Method’s Four Horsemen and their antidotes, which are essential for fostering healthy communication in relationships. The Four Horsemen—Criticism, Contempt, Defensiveness, and Stonewalling—are negative interaction patterns that can predict relationship breakdown if left unchecked. Criticism attacks a partner’s character rather than addressing specific behavior, and its antidote is using a gentle startup to express feelings and needs without blame. Contempt, the most damaging of the four, includes sarcasm, eye-rolling, and name-calling, and can be countered by building a culture of appreciation through gratitude and respect. Defensiveness arises when one responds with excuses or counterattacks instead of taking responsibility, and the solution is to accept responsibility for one’s role in the conflict. Lastly, Stonewalling occurs when one withdraws or shuts down due to emotional overwhelm, and the antidote is self-soothing—taking breaks to calm down before re-engaging in a productive conversation. This workshop will explore how to recognize and replace these patterns with healthier alternatives, leading to stronger and more fulfilling relationships.

GRief: Love unexpressed

Grief is often described as love unexpressed—a reflection of the deep connection we still carry for those we've lost.

This workshop explores how grief is not just about pain but about finding new ways to hold and express love.

Through guided exercises, personal reflection, and supportive discussions, participants will gain tools to process grief, create meaningful rituals, and honor their loved ones in a way that fosters healing. Rather than "moving on," this workshop helps reframe grief as a continued expression of love, offering comfort, connection, and a path toward transformation.
