This free 15 minute consultation is an opportunity for you to speak freely about what has created the desire to seek therapy for the first time or find a new therapist. I’ll answer any questions you may have, tell you a little about myself, and explain a little about my therapeutic process.

Couples
Relationships are important, but they take work. Just like our physical health, we may need to get a check-up to assess how our relationships are going. This fifty minute session will be used to assess the immediate and long term needs within your relationships. Specific skills, based on Dr. John Gottman, will be explored and practiced during the session, depending your needs. Issues such as; communication, infidelity, parenting, social media, trust and vulnerability will be tackled.
$250 per session
Individuals
Committed to offering you with a safe space, individual therapy session will be specialized to fit your individual needs. The 50 minute session will be used as productive time spent tackling your immediate and long term goals. Through collaborative efforts, we will discover your intrinsic motivation for peace and determine the next steps to facilitate positive change.

Specializing in leading workshops that empower individuals to unlock their fullest potential, I offer a diverse range of sessions focused on journaling suppressed emotions, manifesting goals, building resilience, strengthening effective communication, and creating self-care rituals. My workshops are designed to meet the unique needs of various age groups and demographics, helping participants develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges, overcome obstacles, and create lasting positive change. Whether it’s learning how to live free from chronic pain and anxiety, manifest desires, improving communication skills, or discovering ways to get unstuck, my workshops provide a supportive space for growth and transformation.
