PURPOSE:
Since the age of eight, I have regularly attended counseling, and it saved me. Decades later, counseling has become my calling--my desire to share the techniques that help us cope with the forces in our lives we cannot control. As a natural advocate of mental, physical, and spiritual health, I also teach yoga regularly. I believe that we reach a state of peace, when we take our lives into our own hands. My mission is to help you build your individual strength, gain insight, and develop effective ways of coping with life and relationships. Having worked with individuals and couples in diverse settings, I better understand myself both personally and professionally and what the therapeutic relationship can offer. It can be difficult to to begin sharing and working on deeper personal issues: I will provide you with a comfortable and safe space, emphasizing a non-judgmental, empathic and direct approach. I strongly believe that we are masters of our own lives, and we will work collaboratively to begin your process of therapeutic healing.
