About Me
MY NAME IS Jess
Since the age of eight, I have regularly attended counseling and it has saved me. Decades later, counseling has become my calling. My deepest desire is to share the techniques that help us cope with the forces in our lives we cannot control. I am a natural advocate of mental, physical, and spiritual health with an LMHC from Pace University, a PhD completed, and a 200 Hour YTT certification in yoga teaching which transcends my practice. I believe that we reach a state of peace when we take our lives into our own hands. My mission is to help you build your individual strength, gain insight, and develop effective ways of coping with life and relationships.
MY PROMISE
My promise is to create a non-judgmental space for you to feel safe to express yourself freely. I will encourage you to identify your emotions and help discern if they are limiting or empowering you. Clarity emerges when we disprove limiting beliefs and realign to the empowering ones.
